Mr. S.A. Sanusi

(Director)

Mr. S.A Sanusi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trade Link Securities Limited. He graduated from University of Lagos with B.Sc in Accounting in 1980 and he was until 1991, a Senior Manager in Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC). He was one of the pioneer members of the Field Examination Department of the Corporation and he also set up the off-site supervision department of the Corporation. While at NDIC, he was seconded to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Washington DC U.S.A for training on Banks Examinations. He was a seasoned Bank Examiner with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before he joined the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation in 1991. He is a registered Dealer/Stockbroker with The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Ms. Bola Fagbohun

(Director)

She graduated from University of Ibadan in 1980 with B.Sc Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos in 1982. She worked in various organizations including Owena Bank Nigeria Plc where she rose to the position of Manager in 1992. She joined Tradelink Securities Ltd as a General Manager in 1993 and was appointed to the Board in 1996.

Mr. Olugbenga Abiodun Julius

(Chief Financial Risk Officer)

Mr. Olugbenga Abiodun is the Company’s Chief Financial/Risk Officer. He is a graduate of Economics of the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University). He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He started his career with the former firm of Coopers and Lybraid (Chartered Accountants) now PWC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.

Mr Abiodun is an investment banker with working experience across many banks which include First City Monument Bank, Co-operative Bank Plc and Skye Bank Plc.

He joined Tradelink Securities as Chief Financial/Risk Officer in 2010. Mr Abiodun has attended many courses in Investment Analysis, Risk Management and Capital Market Operations.

Ms. Alabi Margaret Jumoke

(Investments & Account)

She is Head of Investments and Accounts. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Her career cuts across many Audit firms which includes Spirpoullos, Adiele, Okpara and Co., a firm of Practising Accountants. She joined the company in January 1998 and has attended many courses both local and foreign on Capital Market Operations.

Mr. Felix I. Aigbe -

(Compliance Officer)

He is the Company’s Compliance Officer in respect of Financial/Stockbroking transactions. He graduated from the University of Benin and presently, a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He joined the company in February 1998, and has attended a number of courses, on Internal Control, Risk Management and Compliance.

Mr. Muhammed T. Idris

(Operations)

He is the Head of Operations Department of the Company. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance of Lagos State University. He joined the Company in January 2002 and is a Student Member of The Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS).

Mr. Olayemi David

(System Analyst)

He is the Head of System Administration of the Company. He is a graduate of Economics of the Lagos State University. He is an Alumnus of NIIT Ikeja (MSCE), and has worked in various computer firms including Global Institute of Computer Technology before joining the Company in October, 2006. A student member of ISACA (Information System Audit and Control Association).
