CHARGES AND FEES:

A). Buying of Shares - Requirements

CHARGES/COMMISSIONS ON BUYING SHARES:

1. Stockbroker’s Commission - 1.35%
2. SEC Fees - 0.30%
3. CSCS Trade Alert - 0.06%
4. Stamp Duties/Vat - 0.1425%
5. TOTAL CHARGES - 1.865%

B) Selling of Shares - Requirements:

1. The investor fills the shareholder’s particular form.
2. He signs the share transfer form (Seller’s column).
3. Gives his mandate to sell the desired/advised shares.
4. The sales is settled after four (4days).
5. A Contact note is given to the investor, showing the Quantity, Price, charges and the Net proceeds of the shares sold.
6. A crossed cheque is issued after 4days of sale, in the name of the shareholder or,
7. The proceeds is re-invested in another viable stock based on the investor’s choice or Stockbroker’s advice.
8. The proceeds is re-invested in another viable stock based on the investor’s choice or Stockbroker’s advice.
9. On request, the investor gets the statement of his shareholding monthly, quarterly or annually-this attracts a fee of N200.00
